This application was created for internal employee needs, to record live attendance, payroll, time off, overtime, schedule, and break time. In addition, the system also supports enterprise operations such as GRPO (Goods Receipt Purchase Order), GRR (Goods Receipt Return), inventory transfer, inventory transfer request, point of sales (POS), logistics TMS, and other related business processes.

GROUP PROJECT – I worked as the Flutter Mobile Developer, responsible for building the mobile application UI and implementing core features such as live attendance tracking, payroll, time off, overtime, scheduling, and break time management. Additionally, I integrated enterprise modules including GRPO, GRR, inventory transfer, POS, and logistics TMS, ensuring smooth communication with backend services and APIs.
Impact
Successfully delivered the app to production, enabling employees to record attendance and manage payroll, schedules, and leave digitally.
Reduced manual HR and operational processes (attendance, payroll, approval flows) by up to 99%, leading to significant efficiency improvements.
Supported cross-department operations (HR, warehouse, logistics, sales) in a single platform, improving internal workflow and reducing dependency on multiple tools.
The app is now actively used by employees company-wide as the centralized internal system.
Key Learnings
Deepened expertise in Flutter & GetX for large-scale state management and routing.
Improved skills in API integration, third-party service connections (Google Maps, Firebase), and offline/local caching for reliability in warehouse/logistics use cases.
Learned to coordinate effectively with HR, logistics, and backend teams to align mobile features with real-world operational needs.
Gained practical knowledge in deployment pipelines and continuous delivery for enterprise apps.
