GROUP PROJECT – I worked as the Flutter Mobile Developer, responsible for building UI, implementing core features such as voucher redemption, point system, and integrating third-party services like Google Maps and Firebase.
Impact
Successfully launched the app to production, significantly improving customer retention and engagement. Reduced manual voucher redemption processes by 70% and increased reward feature usage through intuitive design and timely push notifications. To date, the app has reached over 15,000+ registered users/downloads on both Play Store and App Store.
Key Learnings
Gained hands-on experience with GetX for state management and routing.
Learned to manage cross-team collaboration with UI/UX and backend teams effectively.
Improved skills in API integration, local caching, and deployment pipelines to Play Store & App Store.
